Tjopstick

The TjopStick fits into any of the Hand Rotisserie positions available on your KamaSutra Braai BackPlate. The perpendicular orientation of our hand rotisseries, saves you space and you are able to braai a lot more food than with normal rotisserie equipment. Rotation is by hand in 45deg increments allowing you to evenly braai your food to perfection. The BraaiTime TjopStick  is designed to stack 6 to 8 Tjops next to each other with the fat to one side. The adjustable skewer holds the meat firmly in place and you can render the fat beautifully without overcooking the meat. The BraaiTime Hand Rotisseries are a must have addition to your KamaSutra Braai. They extend your KamaSutra Braai's versatility even further.
